Purchasers can review products with comments and ratings.
When a customer has completed their purchase they have access to the shop login. When logged in they can leave a comment and a star rating for a course.
Note: A product must have reviews enabled in Advance > Enable reviews.
Approved comments and the average of ratings will be displayed to potential customers
Managing comments
Login as Manager and go to Comments on the Dashboard.
- Approve: Make the comment available to customers.
- Reply: Start a conversation with the buyer who left the comment.
- Quick Edit / Edit: Edit the comment.
- Spam: Block further comments from this buyer.
- Bin: Delete the comment.
