We use Teams for all our training and implementation sessions. Here's how you can join the session (even without the Teams app)
- In your meeting invitation, click the link under "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting"
If you have Teams already installed:
- A dialog box will open, prompting you to open Teams. Click "Open Microsoft Teams"
- In Teams, ensure you have correctly set-up your device settings (audio being the most important)
- Click "Join now"
- When the host has started the session, you will be entered into the meeting room
If you do not have Teams installed:
- Click the button "Join on the web instead"
- On the next screen, click "Allow" to allow Teams to use your Microphone through your browser
- Enter your name and check your device settings
- Click "Join now"
- When the host has started the session, you will be entered into the meeting room
