How to join a Hubken training session

We use Teams for all our training and implementation sessions. Here's how you can join the session (even without the Teams app)

1. In your meeting invitation, click the link under "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting"
   

If you have Teams already installed:

1. A dialog box will open, prompting you to open Teams. Click "Open Microsoft Teams"
2. In Teams, ensure you have correctly set-up your device settings (audio being the most important)
3. Click "Join now"
4. When the host has started the session, you will be entered into the meeting room

If you do not have Teams installed:

1. Click the button "Join on the web instead"
2. On the next screen, click "Allow" to allow Teams to use your Microphone through your browser
3. Enter your name and check your device settings
4. Click "Join now"
5. When the host has started the session, you will be entered into the meeting room
