How to find the size of moodledata and the database on your Moodle site.
Knowing the size of your Moodle database and files (moodledata) is important if you want to assess the capacity of your current hosting or move your Moodle site elsewhere e.g. to another provider.
This information is relevant for most servers with the cPanel interface for server administrators.
If the screenshot below doesn't look like your cPanel it might be different version or have been customised. In those cases it's best to contact your hosting provider for assistance.
Server Usage (we've assumed there's just a Moodle site on this server)
Once logged into cPanel you will find your server statistics on the “Right Hand” panel.
